Southern California native, Jim has been marketing to the Orange County area since 1985, specializing in coastal and South Orange County since 1986. Jim´s experience in a broad range of jobs has given him a solid foundation for his career in the real estate profession. A veteran of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, Jim earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Health Care Administration from California State University at Northridge.

Following 8 years with Western Airlines, and after serving in management and marketing positions in the healthcare industry, Jim decided to put his knowledge and expertise into the real estate profession. Now, with more than 16 years experience in real estate, Jim has a reputation as a highly skilled negotiator.

As a Certified Residential Specialist, Jim has completed the advanced training required and has demonstrated a significant mix of experience and the volume of real estate transactions to be awarded the CRS designation by the Council of Residential Specialists an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Just 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. have obtained the CRS designation.
